Author Submission Guidelines
Everything you need to know before submitting your manuscript to Prime Scientific Publishing.
1. Manuscript Types Accepted
We accept the following types of scholarly works. Please ensure your manuscript falls within one of these categories.
Original Research Article
5,000 – 8,000 wordsReports of original empirical research with clear methodology, results, and discussion.
Review Article
6,000 – 10,000 wordsComprehensive, critical analysis of the existing literature on a specific topic.
Article
3,000 – 5,000 wordsDetailed examination of a particular case, event, or phenomenon in real-world context.
Teaching Note
2,000 – 4,000 wordsPedagogical material designed for instructors, including discussion questions and suggested activities.
Book Review
1,500 – 3,000 wordsCritical review and assessment of a recently published book relevant to the journal's scope.
2. Formatting Requirements
All manuscripts must comply with the following formatting standards. Non-compliant submissions will be returned without review.

3. Required Manuscript Structure
- Title Page — Title, author(s) with affiliations, corresponding author contact, ORCID, word count, and number of figures/tables.
- Abstract — Structured abstract (150 – 300 words) with Objective, Methods, Results, and Conclusion sub-headings.
- Keywords — 4 – 6 keywords reflecting the main topics of the paper.
- Introduction — Background, literature gap, research question/hypothesis, and study objectives.
- Literature Review — Critical synthesis of relevant previous studies (required for Review Articles; recommended for others).
- Methodology — Research design, sampling, data collection instruments, analysis techniques, ethical considerations.
- Results / Findings — Clear presentation of findings using tables, figures, and statistical analysis where appropriate.
- Discussion — Interpretation of results, comparison with existing literature, implications, limitations.
- Conclusion — Summary of key findings and recommendations for practice and future research.
- Acknowledgments — Funding sources, contributors, AI-tool disclosures.
- References — Complete list in APA 7th Edition format. Minimum 20 references for research articles.
- Appendices — Supplementary materials such as survey instruments, raw data tables, additional figures (optional).
4. Peer Review Process & Timeline
All submissions undergo rigorous double-blind peer review. Below is the typical timeline.
Initial Screening
3 – 5 business daysEditorial team checks scope, formatting, and basic quality.
Peer Review
4 – 8 weeksDouble-blind review by 2 – 3 independent expert reviewers.
Decision Notification
1 – 2 weeks after reviewAuthors notified of accept, revise, or reject decision.
Revision Period
Up to 4 weeksAuthors submit revised manuscript addressing reviewer comments.
Final Decision
1 – 2 weeksEditor makes final acceptance/rejection decision.
Publication
2 – 4 weeks after acceptanceCopyediting, typesetting, DOI assignment, and online publication.
5. Ethics & Research Integrity
By submitting, authors confirm adherence to the following ethical standards:
- The work is original and has not been published or is under consideration elsewhere.
- All authors have significantly contributed and approved the final manuscript.
- Proper ethical approval was obtained for research involving human participants or animals.
- Informed consent was obtained where applicable.
- All funding sources and potential conflicts of interest are disclosed.
- Data fabrication, falsification, and plagiarism are strictly prohibited.
- Plagiarism similarity index must be below 15% (checked via Turnitin or equivalent).
- AI-assisted writing tools (e.g., ChatGPT) must be disclosed in the Acknowledgments section.
- All third-party content (figures, tables, data) has proper permissions and attribution.
6. Possible Editorial Decisions
Accept
Manuscript accepted for publication as-is or with minor copyediting.
Minor Revision
Small changes required. Authors have 2 weeks to revise.
Major Revision
Substantial changes needed. Authors have up to 4 weeks. Re-review may be required.
Reject
Manuscript does not meet publication standards. Detailed feedback provided.
7. Common Reasons for Rejection
- Out of scope for the journal's focus areas
- Insufficient originality or contribution to the field
- Serious methodological flaws or unsupported conclusions
- Poor writing quality or failure to follow formatting guidelines
- Plagiarism or duplicate submission detected
- Incomplete or missing sections (abstract, references, etc.)
- Exceeding word limit without prior editor approval
8. How to Submit

Register on our platform and complete your author profile (name, affiliation, ORCID).

Prepare Your Manuscript
Follow the formatting guidelines above. Ensure your manuscript is anonymized for double-blind review.

Upload via Dashboard
Go to your Author Dashboard → Create New Content → select the appropriate type and journal.

Attach Supplementary Files
Include cover letter, figures, data sets, and ethics approval document (if applicable).

Submit & Track
After submission, track the status in your dashboard. You will be notified of decisions by email.

All articles published by Prime Scientific Publishing are open access under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). Authors retain copyright. There are no article processing charges (APCs) or submission fees. We believe that knowledge should be freely accessible to everyone.
